It's about time to change the words in the marriage and divorce decree contract.  It does not work  anymore for many Americans.  Happiness matters!  We have all heard the horror stories regarding failed marriage.  Spouses committing murder or inflicting abuse upon their marital partners.  There is a better way to do it.  My idea may not be the best way but I hope to start a conversation to tear down the structures that continue to break hearts and ruin lives.  What's your opinion?
